My dog Remi has lots of bounce and jumping on people has been a real problem I couldn't seem to correct. The arms at the shoulder worked instantly. I took her to a very busy store to try the method with distractions. She wanted to socialize with people, but wasn't allowed to unless she was sitting. I asked people to put their arms at their shoulder to get her to sit, worked every time. This is a win...win, she gets attention and I have a dog with manners.
